2026 Senior Lifestyle Expo Vendor Application

The Village of Howard is seeking vendors for the Howard Senior Lifestyle Expo on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Howard Commons Activity Complex from 1-3 p.m.

This free community event is designed for older adults and their families and will feature a vendor expo from 1–3 p.m., followed by bingo with prizes and live music. We expect attendees to spend the afternoon exploring community resources, services, products and activities that support an active, healthy lifestyle.

Vendor booth spaces are 10' x 10' and free of charge, but space is limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth. Accepted vendors will receive additional event details prior to the expo. Vendor setup will take place from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. All vendors must be fully set up by 12:45 p.m.

We welcome organizations, nonprofits, healthcare providers, senior services, recreational groups, local businesses and others offering products, services or programs that benefit older adults.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.
• Vendor booth spaces are provided at no cost and are limited in availability.
• The Village of Howard reserves the right to determine vendor eligibility and may limit the number of vendors within a particular category or service.
• Vendors will be provided with an approximately 10' x 10' booth space.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and display materials (the vendors will be under a pavilion so no tent is needed).
• Electricity will not be available.
• Vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and agree to remain open during vendor expo hours (1–3 p.m.).
• The Village of Howard reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, vendor layout or booth assignments as necessary.
• The Village of Howard and Howard Commons Activity Complex are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
• Vendor setup will take place from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. All vendors must be fully set up by 12:45 p.m.
