Vendor Application
About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor. We are accepting applications from retail vendors, handmade businesses, food vendors, and food trucks. Applications will be reviewed to maintain a balanced variety of businesses and limit duplicate categories.
Approved vendors are responsible for providing their own setup equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, weights, displays, extension cords, and other necessary supplies.
Food vendors must comply with all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, food-safety, and sanitation requirements.
Vendors must arrive during the assigned setup period, remain fully set up for the duration of the event, and may not begin breakdown before the scheduled closing time. Setup, parking, unloading, and breakdown instructions will be provided to approved vendors.
All vendors are expected to maintain a clean, professional space, keep walkways clear, follow event and venue rules, and treat guests, staff, and fellow vendors respectfully. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Application Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Application and acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on available space, product quality, event suitability, category balance, and duplication. The event organizer reserves the right to approve, deny, or waitlist any application.
2. Vendor space
A vendor space is not secured until the application has been approved and all required fees have been paid. Spaces will be assigned by the event organizer. Vendors may not transfer, share, resell, or give their assigned space to another business without written approval.
3. Products and services
Vendors may sell or promote only the products and services listed and approved in their application. Vendors must receive approval before adding products, changing business names, or allowing another business to operate from their space. Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, offensive, or unauthorized merchandise is prohibited.
4. Fees and refunds
Vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable after acceptance and payment unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, weather concerns, illness, failure to attend, or removal for violating event rules do not qualify for a refund.
5. Setup and attendance
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup period and complete setup before the event opens. Vendors must remain open and staffed throughout the entire event and may not begin packing or breaking down before the official closing time without permission.
Late arrivals may lose their assigned space without a refund. Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, equipment, trash, and displays during the designated breakdown period.
6. Equipment and displays
Unless otherwise stated, vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, lighting, extension cords, equipment, and supplies.
Outdoor tents must be securely weighted at each leg. Stakes may be used only when specifically permitted. Displays must remain within the assigned space and may not block walkways, entrances, exits, neighboring vendors, fire lanes, or emergency access areas.
7. Electricity
Electricity is not guaranteed unless it has been requested and approved in advance. Vendors approved for electricity must provide appropriate extension cords and power strips and must follow all venue and safety requirements. Generators may not be used without prior approval.
8. Food vendors
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits, licenses, inspections, insurance, food-safety documentation, and equipment required for their operation.
Food vendors must follow applicable food-handling, sanitation, temperature-control, fire-safety, grease-disposal, water, and waste-management requirements. Food vendors may be required to provide copies of permits and insurance before participating.
9. Taxes, permits, and insurance
Each vendor is independently responsible for determining and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws. This includes business licenses, sales-tax collection and reporting, permits, certifications, insurance, and product-labeling requirements.
The organizer does not collect, report, or remit sales tax on behalf of individual vendors.
10. Parking and unloading
Vendors must follow all unloading, loading, and parking instructions. Vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area after unloading unless the vehicle is part of an approved food-truck or trailer setup.
Vehicles may not block entrances, exits, fire lanes, emergency routes, neighboring properties, or customer parking areas.
11. Vendor conduct
Vendors must maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly environment. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, excessive noise, aggressive selling, unsafe practices, or disruption of the event will not be permitted.
The organizer may require a vendor to correct a problem or leave the event. Vendors removed for violating event rules will not receive a refund.
12. Cleanliness and property damage
Vendors must keep their spaces clean and dispose of all trash properly. Vendors are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their employees, assistants, vehicles, equipment, or displays.
No permanent attachment, painting, drilling, nailing, taping, or alteration of venue property is permitted without approval.
13. Weather, emergencies, and event changes
The event may continue during light rain or changing weather conditions when it is safe to do so. The organizer may delay, relocate, shorten, modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to severe weather, emergencies, venue requirements, safety concerns, circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, or insufficient participation.
The organizer is not responsible for vendor travel costs, inventory, lodging, lost sales, or other expenses.
14. Responsibility and liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, displays, employees, assistants, and business operations.
The organizer and venue are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, injury, accidents, product claims, equipment failure, weather damage, or vendor sales performance. Vendors agree to hold the organizer, venue, staff, volunteers, and representatives harmless from claims arising from the vendor’s participation, products, services, conduct, or negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Photography and promotion
Vendors grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event that include their booth, products, staff, or signage to be used for event promotion, social media, advertising, and future event marketing without additional compensation.
16. Communication
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing all event communications. Failure to read emails, Eventeny notifications, setup instructions, or policy updates does not excuse noncompliance.
17. Agreement
By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they are authorized to apply on behalf of the business, and that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
The event organizer reserves the right to reasonably update event procedures when necessary for safety, venue compliance, or effective event operations.
