Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Baldwin County Boss Babes 2026 Holiday Market!

Join us on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM at the Baldwin County Coliseum in Robertsdale, Alabama, for one of the Gulf Coast's favorite holiday shopping traditions.

Each year, our Holiday Market features 100+ carefully selected vendors offering handmade goods, boutique clothing, home décor, gourmet treats, gifts, and unique finds for holiday shoppers. Thousands of guests attend to support local businesses while enjoying a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.

Vendor Information

• Applications are reviewed individually.
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
• Vendor fees are due upon approval.
• Booth fees are non-refundable.
• Electricity is available to most booths, but may require an extension cord.
• Vendors are responsible for all required business licenses and permits.
• Vendors are expected to help promote the event once accepted.

1. Event Information

Event: Baldwin County Boss Babes 2026 Holiday Market

Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026

Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Baldwin County Coliseum

Robertsdale, Alabama

2. Vendor Acceptance

• Applications are reviewed based on product quality, category balance, and available space.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Baldwin County Boss Babes reserves the right to approve, deny, or waitlist any application.
• Items deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly event may not be sold.

3. Vendor Fees

• Vendor fees are due immediately upon approval and will be charged automatically to the payment information on file. 
• Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your booth space.
• All booth fees are non-refundable.
• Vendor spaces may not be transferred or shared without prior written approval.

4. Booth Spaces

Standard booth sizes:

• 10x10 Booth - $90 per booth (2 max)
• 5x8 Table Space (1 table included) - $80
• Tables / 2 Chairs - $12
• Booths include space only unless otherwise noted.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

• Tent (outdoor vendors)
• Tent Frame Only (indoor vendors)
• Tables (if not rented from BCBB)
• Chairs
• Displays
• Linens
• Extension cords
• Tent weights

Only one business is permitted per booth.

Booth sharing is prohibited unless approved in advance.

 
5. Setup & Breakdown

Friday Setup

• Vendor Check-in begins at 5:00 PM.
• Vendors must exit the Coliseum by 8:00 PM.

Saturday Setup

• Vendor check-in begins at 7:00 AM.
• All booths must be completely set up by 8:45 AM.
• Vendors arriving after 8:30 AM may lose their assigned booth location.
• Booths must remain open until 3:00 PM.
• Early departure without approval may affect eligibility for future Baldwin County Boss Babes events.
• Breakdown is from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM.

 
6. Baldwin County Coliseum Requirements

To protect the facility:

• Decorations must be freestanding.
• No nails, screws, staples, or adhesive tape on walls or floors.
• No open flames.
• No balloons inside the main area of the building.
• No smoke machines.
• No landscape plants.
• No fountains or water displays.
• No cooking without Coliseum approval.
• Furniture placed on Coliseum floors must have protective felt pads.
• Any damages caused by a vendor may be the vendor's financial responsibility.

 
7. Electricity

• Electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Vendors requesting electricity must indicate so during registration.
• Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords.

 
8. Business Licenses & Permits

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, inspections, and certifications required by Baldwin County, the City of Robertsdale, the State of Alabama, and any other governing agencies.
• Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department regulations.

 
9. Weather Policy

• This is a rain-or-shine event.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
• If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, Baldwin County Boss Babes reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the event.

 
10. Insurance & Liability

• Vendors participate at their own risk.
• Baldwin County Boss Babes, the Baldwin County Coliseum, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff are not responsible for injury, theft, damage, or loss of vendor property.
• Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baldwin County Boss Babes and all associated parties from any claims arising from participation in the event.
• General liability insurance is strongly recommended.

 
11. Vendor Conduct

Vendors agree to:

• Maintain a professional and family-friendly booth.
• Keep merchandise within their assigned space.
• Treat shoppers, volunteers, staff, and fellow vendors respectfully.
• Follow instructions from event staff.
• Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

 
12. Photography & Marketing

• By participating, vendors grant Baldwin County Boss Babes permission to use photographs and video taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• Accepted vendors are encouraged to promote the event through their own social media channels.

 
13. Official Communication

• Official event communication will be sent through Eventeny, email, and the Baldwin County Boss Babes Vendor Facebook Group.
• Baldwin County Boss Babes will never request payment through personal Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Facebook Messenger.

 
14. Cancellation Policy

• Vendor cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
• Vendors who fail to attend without notice or repeatedly cancel shortly before the event may not be invited to future Baldwin County Boss Babes events.

 
15. Agreement

By submitting an application and, if accepted, payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
