About the application
Welcome to KōmoriPOP! Thank you for your interest in applying for our Artist Alley~ Priority will be given to UT students/alumni but EVERYONE is encouraged to apply!
Applications will be due on August 21st at 11:59 PM CST, and you will hear back on the status of your application by September 5th!
KōmoriPOP is a one-day event hosted at the Texas Union, located on the UT campus on October 24, 2026. This will be an indoor event, with tables and chairs provided for all exhibitors. Exhibitors will be REQUIRED to cover their table (full booths AND half tables) with a tablecloth. Tablecloths will also be available for rent.
Full Booth Dimensions: 6’ wide x 6’ deep (6' x 30" table)
Half Table Dimensions: 3’ wide x 6’ deep (half of table)
All-Day Parking: TBA (will likely be at the Co-Op garage)
Artist Alley space is very limited, with 35-40 spots available. Half-sized tables will be offered at a lower cost in addition to the standard full-sized option. We offer this to relieve pressure on artists from creating full-sized displays and curating art for KōmoriPOP. If you wish to share a half table with a specific exhibitor, you can request it below, but it is NOT a guarantee. All half tables will be assigned separately, taking these requests into consideration. UT students will be given priority for the half tables, but anyone can apply!
Sharing tables will NOT be allowed. All applications will be reviewed and selected by a panel of judges. When reserving your table, please also reserve your tablecloth if needed under “Prices” to add them to your total. You will NOT be charged unless your application has been accepted AND you have confirmed you wish to participate.

By submitting an application to the Artist Alley, you acknowledge and accept that all application decisions made by the event staff are final. You also agree to release KōmoriPOP and its organizers from any liability for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your participation in the Artist Alley. Thank you!
