This is for all vendors except food vendors.  The space is 12x12.  If your items do not fit In this place, please get 2 spaces.  Early bird special of regular vendors at $95.00 til July 31st, then $130

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the R-Ranch Fall Festival. We are excited to bring together local businesses, artisans, makers, and community organizations for a memorable fall event in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.

By submitting your vendor application for the R-Ranch Fall Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined below. Submission of your application and payment confirms your agreement to follow all event guidelines and requirements.

Vendor Registration & Payment
• Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your vendor space is not reserved until your application has been approved and payment has been received.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted, except in the event that the festival is canceled by the event organizer.
• Vendor spaces may not be transferred or shared with another business without prior approval from Freda Kalina Events.

Vendor Setup & Breakdown
• Vendor setup details, arrival times, and parking instructions will be provided prior to the event.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and supplies.
• All tents must be properly secured due to outdoor conditions.
• Vendors must be fully set up before the festival begins and remain set up until the event concludes unless approved by event management.
• Vendors are responsible for removing all personal belongings and trash from their assigned space after the event.

Vendor Requirements
• Vendors must provide accurate information about their products and services during registration.
• All products, displays, and activities must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to their business.
• Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, inspections, and insurance documentation.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax.

Event Promotion
• By participating in the event, vendors grant Freda Kalina Events permission to use their business name, logo, photos, and/or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation and share event information with their customers and followers.

Weather Policy
• The R-Ranch Fall Festival is a rain-or-shine event unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather, vendor cancellation, low attendance, or circumstances outside the control of Freda Kalina Events.

Liability & Responsibility
• Vendors are responsible for their own products, inventory, equipment, displays, and personal belongings.
• Freda Kalina Events and R-Ranch are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents involving vendor participation or property.
• Vendors agree to release and hold harmless Freda Kalina Events, R-Ranch, and their representatives from any claims related to participation in the event.

Vendor Conduct
• Vendors are expected to provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience for all attendees.
• Event organizers reserve the right to decline or remove vendors whose products, behavior, or displays do not align with the family-friendly atmosphere of the R-Ranch Fall Festival.
