Thank you for your interest in becoming part of RALLY AT THE ROCK/Carolina Rockabilly Antique Auto & Motorcycle Show!

Our goal is to create one of the premier Rockabilly, Hot Rod, and Vintage Lifestyle events in the Southeast. We are seeking quality vendors and exhibitors that embrace the spirit of the 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960s while creating a unique shopping experience for our guests.

To maintain a diverse and exciting marketplace, applications will be reviewed based on product quality, originality, and overall fit with the event theme.

Vendor spaces are limited. Early application is encouraged.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Carolina Rockabilly Antique Auto & Motorcycle Show at Rockingham Dragway. Our goal is to create a high-quality, family-friendly marketplace that celebrates Rockabilly culture, vintage Americana, classic automobiles, motorcycles, and the 1940s-1960s lifestyle.

By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 
Vendor Selection
This is a juried event.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors are selected based on product quality, uniqueness, presentation, and overall fit with the event theme.
Event management reserves the right to limit duplicate products or vendors to maintain a diverse marketplace.
 
Approved Merchandise
Preference will be given to vendors whose merchandise complements the event, including but not limited to:

Mid-Century Décor

Gas & Oil Collectibles

Event management reserves the right to request removal of merchandise deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event theme.

 
Booth Spaces
Standard booth space is 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' unless otherwise approved.
Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
Booths must be clean, attractive, and professionally displayed.
Tents must be properly weighted. Stakes may only be used where approved.
 
Vendor Hours
Vendors must be fully set up before gates open and remain open during all published event hours.

Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from event management.

Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited to future events.

Vendors must provide:

Heavy-duty extension cords
Power strips
Lighting
Any equipment necessary for their booth
 
Vendor Conduct
All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally.

The following will not be tolerated:

Offensive behavior
Harassment
Excessive profanity
Public intoxication
Illegal activity
Unsafe displays
Loud music that interferes with neighboring vendors
Event management reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for violations.

 
Insurance
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.

Food vendors are required to provide proof of insurance as outlined in the Food Vendor Terms & Conditions.

 
Security
Reasonable overnight security may be provided; however, vendors are solely responsible for securing their merchandise, cash, displays, trailers, vehicles, and personal property.

Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival LLC and Rockingham Dragway assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

 
Weather
This event is held rain or shine.

No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

 
Cancellations
Vendor fees are non-refundable.

If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will be notified regarding available options.

 
Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown times will be provided before the event.

Vehicles must be removed from vendor areas before the event opens to the public.

No vehicles may remain inside the vendor area without prior approval.

 
Photography
By participating, vendors grant Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival LLC permission to photograph and record their booth, products, and displays for advertising, promotional materials, websites, and social media without compensation.

 
Prohibited Items
The following items may not be sold without prior written approval or applicable licenses:

Counterfeit merchandise
Illegal products
Drug paraphernalia
Firearms or illegal weapons
Explosives or fireworks
Pornographic material
Offensive or hateful merchandise
Live animals (unless approved as an exhibit)
 
Liability
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless:

Volunteers
Staff
Event Partners
from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from the vendor's participation in the event.

 
Right to Refuse
Event management reserves the right to:

Refuse any application
Remove vendors or merchandise inconsistent with the event
Relocate booth assignments if necessary
Modify event rules as needed to ensure safety and a positive attendee experience
 
Agreement
By submitting this application, the vendor certifies that all information provided is accurate and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all federal, state, local, and venue regulations.
