Thank you for your interest in becoming a food or beverage vendor at the Carolina Rockabilly Antique Auto & Motorcycle Show!

To provide the best variety and minimize direct competition, food and beverage vendor spaces are extremely limited. We strive to offer attendees a diverse selection of quality food, desserts, snacks, and beverages.

Applications will be reviewed based on menu offerings, uniqueness, experience, and overall fit for the event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

If selected, you'll be joining one of North Carolina's newest Rockabilly events, featuring classic cars, antique motorcycles, live entertainment, family activities, and thousands of expected attendees.

We encourage you to apply early, as spaces are expected to fill quickly.

Food & Beverage Vendor Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in participating as a food or beverage vendor. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your application.

Vendor Selection
Food and beverage spaces are limited.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors are selected based on menu variety, quality, experience, and the overall needs of the event.
The event reserves the right to limit duplicate menu items to provide a diverse selection for attendees.
Licenses & Permits
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required federal, state, and local licenses, permits, inspections, and health department approvals.

Insurance
Vendors must comply with all Richmond County and North Carolina health regulations.
Food must be stored, prepared, and served in accordance with all applicable food safety laws.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary booth throughout the event.
Booth Space
Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
Additional equipment, trailers, tents, or seating areas must be approved in advance.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment unless otherwise specified.

Vendors are responsible for bringing heavy-duty extension cords and any additional equipment needed for operation.
Water availability will be communicated before the event.
Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must complete setup during designated setup hours.
Booths must remain fully operational during all event hours.
Early breakdown or departure is not permitted without approval from event management.
Waste Disposal
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event.
Grease, oil, wastewater, charcoal, and other cooking waste must be disposed of properly. Dumping on the ground or into storm drains is strictly prohibited.
Vendors must leave their space clean upon departure.
Fire Safety
Vendors using propane, generators, fryers, grills, or open flames must comply with all local fire regulations.
Fire extinguishers must be readily accessible and in working condition.
Alcohol Sales
No alcoholic beverages may be sold

Weather
The event will be held rain or shine. Vendors should be prepared for changing weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Cancellations
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Event management reserves the right to remove any vendor for unsafe conditions, violation of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior deemed detrimental to the event. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Liability
Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival LLC, Rockingham Dragway, event staff, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated organizations shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage to equipment, merchandise, vehicles, trailers, or personal property, nor for injuries occurring before, during, or after the event.

Agreement
By submitting an application and participating in the Carolina Rockabilly Antique Auto & Motorcycle Show, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all rules established by event management.
