🚗 50's Sock Hop Classic Car Show
Join us for a nostalgic afternoon of chrome, classics, and community at the Moose Lodge 50's Sock Hop Classic Car Show!
Whether you own a beautifully restored classic, a vintage original, a muscle car, hot rod, custom build, antique, or unique collector vehicle, we'd love to have you be part of this exciting event.
Your vehicle will be showcased alongside a family-friendly vendor fair, live music, delicious food, raffles, and plenty of 1950s fun. This is a great opportunity to share your passion with fellow enthusiasts while supporting a local community fundraiser.

Car Show Information
Vehicle check-in and placement instructions will be provided prior to the event.
Event staff will direct you to your designated display location upon arrival.
Please remain with your vehicle until instructed that the show is ready to begin.
Awards and special recognitions may be presented (if applicable).
Bring your pride and joy, meet fellow car enthusiasts, and enjoy an afternoon celebrating classic American automotive history while supporting a great cause.

Terms & Conditions
Car Show Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Vehicle Eligibility
The event welcomes classic, antique, vintage, muscle, custom, hot rod, street rod, collector, and specialty vehicles.
Event organizers reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet the spirit or purpose of the event.
Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and your application has been approved.
Entry Fee
Vehicle entry is $10.00 per vehicle.
Additional donations are appreciated and help support the Moose Lodge and future community events.
Entry fees are non-refundable except in the event the organizers cancel the event.
Arrival & Vehicle Placement
Vehicle check-in begins at the time provided in your acceptance email.
All vehicles must be parked in their assigned display area as directed by event staff.
Once parked, vehicles must remain in place until the event concludes or until event staff authorize early departure for safety reasons.
Late arrivals may be placed where space permits or may not be admitted if traffic or safety conditions prevent entry.
Driver Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Operate their vehicle safely at all times.
Drive at walking speed while entering and exiting the event.
Follow all directions given by event staff, volunteers, parking attendants, and law enforcement if present.
Yield to pedestrians at all times.
Refrain from reckless driving, burnouts, excessive revving, racing, or other unsafe behavior.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Safety
The safety of all participants and attendees is our highest priority.
Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring:
Their vehicle is in safe operating condition.
Any fluid leaks are cleaned immediately.
No hazardous materials are left unattended.
Display items do not obstruct walkways or neighboring vehicles.
Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event.
Weather decisions will be made based on actual conditions on event day.
If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, event staff will provide instructions to all participants.
Liability
Participants understand and agree that:
They participate entirely at their own risk.
The Moose Lodge, Palm Bay Farmers Market, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, property owners, and affiliated organizations assume no responsibility for injury, loss, theft, fire, damage, or accidents involving participants, spectators, or vehicles.
Participants accept full responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or their vehicle.
Photography & Media Release
By participating in this event, entrants grant permission for photographs and videos of themselves and their vehicle to be used by the event organizers, Moose Lodge, and Palm Bay Farmers Market for future advertising, promotional materials, websites, and social media without compensation.
Cancellation Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations, scheduling conflicts, weather concerns, or failure to attend.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to treat fellow entrants, spectators, volunteers, vendors, and event staff with courtesy and respect.
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise detrimental to the event.
Agreement
By submitting this application, I certify that I have read and understand these Terms & Conditions. I agree to comply with all event rules and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund. I further release and hold harmless the Moose Lodge, Palm Bay Farmers Market, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and property owners from any liability arising from my participation in this event.
