We're excited to invite you to join us for our 1st Annual Trans Family Dance Party on Sunday, September 13, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.

Hosted with love by Come Out With Pride, Inc. and our Trans & Non-Binary Task Force, this FREE all-ages celebration brings together trans and non-binary individuals, families, friends, and allies for an afternoon of music, dancing, laughter, and community.

Thanks to our generous and incredible partners at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, we're transforming this year's celebration into an exciting indoor dance party where everyone can be themselves, make new friends, and create lasting memories.

This event is about more than just dancing—it's about building community and creating a joyful, affirming space where every person feels seen, celebrated, and welcomed.

We're inviting our Community Partners to help bring the energy by creating interactive experiences that encourage guests to connect, play, and have fun throughout the afternoon.

Rather than traditional informational tables, we encourage you to create an experience!

Consider bringing:

• Arts & crafts activities
• Interactive games and challenges
• Family-friendly activities
• Sensory-friendly experiences
• Creative giveaways
• Anything that encourages laughter, connection, and community!

As we strive to create an inclusive and affirming event, we are intentionally inviting organizations that actively support and celebrate the trans and non-binary community.

To reserve your Vendor spot, please complete the brief application to create your profile on our event page. 

Your Vendor spot includes:

• Your logo, organization information, and website featured on our event page
• Inside AC venue 
• One 8-foot table and two chairs
• Free Parking
• Private security to help ensure a welcoming, accepting, and affirming environment.

Additional event details and logistics will be shared as we get closer to the event, but we encourage you to reserve your space today.
