The Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival is a long-standing event that takes place in historic Olde Town Conyers. This event offers a fun day for the whole family, with amazing craft vendors, live entertainment, food trucks, and children's activities. 
LOCATION: The Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival is located just 20 minutes east of Atlanta, exit 80 or 82 off of I-20. HOURS: The Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival is on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10 AM- 4 PM. Vendor load-in will begin at 7:30 AM on festival day. 
 

1. Limited space is available for Non Profit Vendors.  You must upload a copy of your 501C3 with your application in order to be considered.  
2. Resale of wholesale items (buy/sell), commercially manufactured products, mass produced items and kits ARE NOT PERMITTED and will result in immediate dismissal with a refund.
3. All vendors are required to supply their own tents, chairs, tables, electrical cords, or anything needed to conduct business on festival day.
4. Each booth space is 10 X 10 feet in size. Each vendor must keep their business within the 10 X 10 space assigned space unless additional space has been purchased. 
5. The application deadline is Friday, September 18, 2026. 
6. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
7. Booths must be neat in appearance and not distract from neighboring displays. 
8. Each vendor is responsible for the removal of their trash. 
9. Vendors are not allowed to stake tents in asphalt or concrete in the streets. Vendors must provide tent weights.
10. Vendors are required to handle their own sales tax reporting.
11. Booths must be manned at all times and exhibit their work for the entire festival day. Vendors may not remove their work until the end of the festival day at 5pm.
12. All participants must sign a release form (attached) in order for the application to be accepted.
13. All artists and crafters must sign the Guarantee of Product statement (attached) in order for the application to be accepted.
14. Electricity is limited and reserved for those that are cooking or making their items onsite.  It is a PAID amenity. You must pay when you apply. Electricity consists of 55 volts per receptacle, not per outlet box. Electricity is extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.
15. ONLY QUIET GENERATORS are allowed in the festival area. Generators must be muffled in consideration of your neighboring vendors.
16. Water is not provided. Vendors must bring their own supply of water if needed. Use of water from surrounding buildings is prohibited and will result in removal from festival without a refund. 
17. No music allowed in individual booths unless otherwise approved by the event coordinator.
18. The festival staff reserves the right to reject any organization whose presentation, goals or objectives may be offensive and not in the best interest of the community.
19. Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area after setup time of over or during the festival hours. This is strictly enforced by the city of Conyers Police Department.
20. A vendor failing to meet all requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the festival area or will be disqualified.
21. Fully completed application, photos, payment and non-profit documentation (of applicable) are required for the application to be considered complete. This requirement is for everyone regardless if you have a vendor in the past. NO EXCEPTIONS.
22. DO NOT UNPLUG AP UNITS IN THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. The outlets are for the WI-FI in Olde Town. Removal will cause the vendor to lose the outlet without a refund.
23. Adding items to your display to sell that are not included on your application is prohibited. Double-check for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
24. INCLEMENT WEATHER: The festival WILL NOT reschedule due to inclement weather. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
25. CANCELLATION POLICY: Participant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival is held in an open-air venue which is subject to inclement weather and other acts of God, as well as civil unrest or other unforeseen events. Because of the potential of cancellation as the result of the above, Participant agrees that the city of Conyers and its employees shall not be liable or responsible to Participant in any respect as the result of Participant’s investment/payment to the Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival of money in the event the festival is cancelled due to some unforeseen reason, which is out of the control of the festival. Participant further agrees and acknowledges that in the event the festival or any part is cancelled for any reason, that Participant shall not be entitled to the refund of any monies paid to the city of Conyers for the event.
26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The city of Conyers shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost opportunity, or any other such loss or damages resulting from a direct or indirect reliance upon this agreement, participation in the Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival, or payment of any fees or deposit. The parties agree that Georgia law shall govern this agreement and any dispute arising from the relationship between the parties to this agreement; and further, any action at law or other judicial or administrative proceeding arising from this agreement may be maintained only in the Superior Court of Rockdale County, Georgia, which shall have proper jurisdiction over any and all such matters and disputes. **This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
