Monday–Thursday Resident Night Markets-Monthly Subscription

Subscription includes 10–16 scheduled market days Monday through Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm, during the month of September, with up to 16 Resident Night Markets available each month. Each vendor space will range from 8ft x 5ft to 10ft x 10ft depending on location, we will do our best to accomadate you based on the photo of your booth set up. 

All selected market dates must be finalized and prepaid by the end of the previous month. This helps us maintain a consistent vendor lineup while allowing any remaining openings to be offered to weekly and drop-in vendors.

Once subscribed, vendors will receive a discount code to apply toward September event registrations.

September event pages will go live August 1st at 12:00 AM. Each market is limited to 10 vendor spaces per event, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Terms & Conditions
By subscribing and participating as a vendor in Resident Night Markets, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.

Subscription & Event Registration
Vendor subscriptions provide access to participate in scheduled Resident Night Market events based on the subscription level purchased. Subscription availability does not guarantee participation in every event, as vendor spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

All selected market dates must be finalized and prepaid by the required deadline. Vendors are responsible for selecting and confirming their desired event dates.

Cancellation Policy
Vendors must cancel any confirmed event participation no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for:

Missed market days
No-call/no-show attendance
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event
If a vendor cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice more than three (3) times, the vendor’s subscription may be canceled and future participation eligibility may be reviewed.

Vendor Attendance & Reliability
Resident Night Markets depend on a consistent vendor lineup. Vendors are expected to attend all confirmed events and arrive prepared for the full duration of the scheduled market.

Repeated late arrivals, early departures without approval, or failure to attend confirmed dates may result in removal from the subscription program.

Business Licensing & Taxes
All vendors operate as independent businesses and are solely responsible for maintaining all required:

Business licenses
Permits
Tax registrations
Sales tax collection and reporting
Local, state, and federal compliance requirements
Resident Night Markets is not responsible for collecting, reporting, or paying taxes on behalf of vendors.

Insurance Requirements
All participating vendors are required to maintain active business liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $100,000.

Proof of insurance may be requested before participation. Vendors are responsible for ensuring coverage remains active throughout their subscription period.

Food Vendor Requirements
All food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Food vendors must maintain any required:

Food handling certifications
Health department permits
Temporary event permits
Cottage food compliance requirements (when applicable)
All food products must be prepared, packaged, labeled, transported, and served according to applicable local and state regulations.

Vendor Setup & Space Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing their own approved setup materials unless otherwise stated, including:

Tables
Displays
Signage
Payment processing equipment
Required supplies
Vendor spaces must remain clean, professional, and contained within the assigned area. Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their space at the end of each event.

Products & Displays
Vendors may only sell products or services approved during registration. Resident Night Markets reserves the right to request removal of items that are unsafe, inappropriate, prohibited, or not aligned with the event environment.

Weather & Event Changes
Events may be modified, delayed, relocated, or canceled due to weather, property requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of organizer control.

Vendors will be notified of any event changes as soon as possible.

Vendor Conduct
All vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment with residents, guests, property staff, organizers, and other vendors.

Harassment, unsafe behavior, damage to property, or violation of event rules may result in immediate removal from the market and cancellation of vendor participation.

Liability
Vendors participate as independent businesses and accept responsibility for their products, services, equipment, employees, and actions.

Resident Night Markets and participating properties are not responsible for vendor losses, damages, injuries, stolen items, or business interruptions.
