Retail/Marketplace Vendor Application (Crafts/Handmade/Cottage/Pop Up)

Join us for the Moose Lodge 50's Sock Hop, Classic Car Show & Vendor Fair on Saturday, August 1st! This family-friendly community event will feature a classic car show, local vendors, live music, delicious food, raffles, and plenty of 1950s fun for all ages. Vendor Arrival, Setup & Weather Policy

Please read all instructions carefully prior to event day.

 
Arrival & Setup

• Vendor arrival and setup begins at 8:00 AM. Please do not arrive before 8:00 AM.
• All vendor spaces are pre-assigned based on the event layout. We only accept the number of vendors that can comfortably fit within the event grounds.
• There is no need to arrive early to secure a space.
• Upon arrival, please follow the directions of event staff and parking attendants. They will direct you through the designated traffic flow to your unloading area and assigned vendor space.
• Traffic will be carefully managed due to the classic car show and expected attendance. Please drive slowly, remain alert, and be patient while entering and exiting the event grounds.
• Vendors are responsible for unloading, setting up, and breaking down their own booths.
• Please remain within your assigned vendor space and leave approximately 2 feet between neighboring tents unless otherwise instructed by event staff.
• All vendor vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking immediately after unloading and before the event opens to the public.
• Tent Weights are REQUIRED. Every canopy tent must have a minimum of 40 pounds secured to each tent leg (160 pounds total). Event organizers reserve the right to refuse setup or require immediate breakdown of any vendor who does not comply with this requirement. Submission of your application indicates your agreement to this policy.
   
  Event Safety Requirements
  The safety of our guests, vendors, volunteers, exhibitors, and classic car participants is our highest priority.

This is a family-friendly community event with children, pedestrians, and moving vehicles throughout the day.
Drive no faster than walking speed while entering, unloading, or exiting the event grounds.
Always yield to pedestrians and follow the directions of parking attendants, event staff, and volunteers.
Keep all aisles, fire lanes, emergency access routes, and neighboring vendor spaces clear at all times.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, if provided by the Moose Lodge.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the event.
Please immediately report any accidents, emergencies, or safety concerns to event staff.
 
Vendor Responsibility
Please arrive fully prepared for event day.

Each vendor is responsible for knowing:

• The event name
• The event location
• Their assigned setup procedures
• Their booth requirements
• Their arrival time
• The event rules and policies

Questions should be directed to the event organizers prior to event day whenever possible. Event mornings are extremely busy, and advance communication helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
