Vendor Application

Cowgirls & Pilates is a purpose driven wellness social taking place on October 10, 2026, at The Ranch 22 in Wellington, Florida. This unique event brings together women from across Palm Beach County and South Florida for a morning of movement, connection, community, and impact.

Guests will enjoy Pilates, wellness activations, curated shopping experiences, coffee and matcha, photo moments, and opportunities to learn more about the ranch's Stable Moments Program, which provides mentorship and healing through equine connection for children, teens, and young adults impacted by abuse, neglect, foster care involvement, trafficking, and other significant life challenges.

We are seeking vendors whose brands align with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, fitness, food & beverage, home goods, community engagement, and purpose driven experiences.

Vendor participation includes:
• Vendor space during the event
• Exposure to approximately 100 attendees
• Inclusion in event marketing and social media promotion
• Opportunities for sales, sampling, giveaways, and brand engagement
• Professional photo and video opportunities
• Participation in a highly curated and mission driven event experience

Due to limited space and our commitment to creating a well-balanced attendee experience, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

COWGIRLS & PILATES VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an application and participating in Cowgirls & Pilates, vendors agree to the following:

APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected based on brand alignment, product offerings, and event needs.

VENDOR FEES
If applicable, vendor fees must be paid by the stated deadline to secure participation. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, and any other equipment required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

EVENT HOURS
The event runs from 10am-1pm with setup beginning at 8am.

Vendors must be fully set up prior to the event opening and remain operational for the duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

LIABILITY
Vendors assume all responsibility for their products, equipment, displays, employees, volunteers, and personal property. Pure Moments Events, The Ranch 22, event sponsors, and event partners shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from vendor participation.

COMPLIANCE
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, permits, licenses, insurance requirements, and sales tax obligations.

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS
Any vendor providing food or beverage products must comply with all applicable health department requirements and obtain any necessary permits.

MARKETING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Vendors grant Pure Moments Events permission to photograph and film their booth, products, team members, and activation for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

WEATHER
Cowgirls & Pilates is an outdoor event. The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the event organizer. No refunds will be issued due to weather related conditions beyond the organizer's control.

EVENT MISSION
Cowgirls & Pilates is a purpose driven event supporting The Ranch's Stable Moments Program. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and contribute positively to the attendee experience and overall mission of the event.
