About the application
Gwinnett’s 2026 Native American Heritage Month celebration is seeking food vendors to provide a taste of Native and Indigenous Peoples cuisine!
APPLICATION PROCESS: When applying, you'll be prompted to create your account with your basic information. This will allow you to receive notification regarding the status of your application when it is provided.
Featured Food
Gwinnett County has an allotted budget to purchase food for attendees. To be considered, please submit your application along with a quote of most popular items.
Food providers will need to be present at the event to serve the food and represent their business. Food should be in grab-and-go packaging for attendants to easily grab. The packaging should be labeled stating its contents, including food allergens.
Application approvals for this event will occur between October 3rd and October 12th with additional information regarding approvals sent by October 15th.
If selected as a participant, you'll be required to submit recent photos, which may be used for promotional purposes.

Terms & Conditions
- Art vendors are required to complete a General Liability Waiver and must have a valid business license.
- Performers are required to complete a General Liability Waiver and must have a valid business license, unless otherwise noted.
- Food vendors are required to complete a General Liability Waiver, provide Gwinnett County with a Certificate of Insurance, and have a valid business license.
- Gwinnett County Public Schools are not required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, a valid business license, or complete a General Liability Waiver.
Additional information will be provided upon application approval.
Gwinnett County reserves the right to select or reject any or all submissions depending on the needs of the event, as determined by Gwinnett County Department and Division Directors.

- How does your food represent Native and Indigenous Peoples culture?
- We are looking for sample-sized portions of food and beverages. Items must be individually wrapped, boxed, or packaged for easy distribution. The next question will prompt you to provide a quote so that we can better understand pricing. Submission of a quote is considered an inquiry only. Participation is not finalized until all requirements are met, internal approvals are secured, and written confirmation is provided by Gwinnett County. Quotes must reflect a tax-free total as we are a tax-exempt entity.
- Choose two items on your menu you'd like to highlight; provide a quote of 400 servings for these items. The serving size of these items should be of a sample, provide the size, if applicable, next to the item quote. i.e. "each sample is a 4 oz cup, 4 pieces, or 4 inches."
- Will you need power provide for your booth setup? Please note, power is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
- Do you understand that Gwinnett County will provide each vendor the following items: one (1) six-foot table and two (2) chairs. Additionally, items may be requested; however, we encourage you to provide your own.
