10x10 Outdoor Vendor Space — Terms & Conditions
1. Space AllocationEach vendor will be assigned one 10x10 outdoor space. Spaces are designated by event staff and may not be changed, traded, or expanded without written approval.
2. Equipment RequirementsVendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and equipment.
The event does not supply any furnishings or structures.
3. Tent Safety StandardsAll tents must be properly weighted with secure, event‑approved weights.
Unweighted or improperly weighted tents will not be permitted for safety reasons.
4. Set‑Up & BreakdownVendors must adhere to the event’s scheduled set‑up and breakdown times.
Early breakdown is not permitted unless authorized by event management.
5. Non‑Refundable FeesAll vendor fees are non‑refundable, regardless of weather, attendance, or vendor cancellation.
Payment confirms your commitment and reserves your space.
6. Compliance & ConductVendors must comply with all event rules, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
Professional conduct is expected at all times.
7. LiabilityThe event, organizers, and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, staff, and activities within their space.
