PLEASE NOTE! ONLY LOOKING FOR A COFFEE VENDOR!
WE ARE ASKING FOR A $200 DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL HAVE FOOD OFFERINGS FOR OUR ARTISANS AND GUESTS.
There is no charge for space rental and no revenue share with the producers of the event.
NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS, LEAVING EARLY OR CANCELLATION WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE EVENT!
Please show up and hour before the event (9:00 am), stay until after the event (3:00 pm). YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU WITHIN FIVE DAYS FROM THE EVENT'S COMPLETION.
This is an electronic agreement, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc.
3. Please keep your items within your alloted space.
4. No sales are permitted outside your space
.5. Booth spaces will be first come, first served basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.
6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
7..Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning. Vehicles, trailers, etc must be moved. There is free parking on the street, we do ask that you park one street over to allow Patrons easy access to the venue.
8. No music allowed except approved by show management.
9: There are no outside electric outlets. Generators are allowed.
10. All food truck/tent spaces are located outside near the entrance.
11. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

| 10' X 10' Booth Space on the patio- DEPOSIT | $100.00 | Non-refundable | This is located on the back patio of Events on Main. This space is only for food vendors that will set up under a tent. No trucks allowed. We will have signage to direct patrons to you. |
