About the application
CandleLit Books is excited to host a vibrant Author Market in Jacksonville, Florida. We’re looking for passionate authors to join us for an evening of community, creativity, and bookish fun.
All authors are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to romance based authors.
This application is only for authors. Vendors have a separate application.
Please note: Due to venue restrictions, we must sumbit and get approval for each book title that will be sold on the premises.
📅 Event Details
Date: Saturday, November 7
Market Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Author Load‑In: Begins at 2:30 PM
Load‑Out Deadline: Authors must be off property by 9:45 PM
📚Author Setup
Each author will be provided:
One 6‑ft table
Two chairs
Authors must bring their own tablecloth and any additional display items needed for their setup.
All applicants will be charged a $5 application fee.
Once accepted, you will be charged a table fee of $70.
