About the application
CandleLit Books is excited to host a vibrant Artisan & Small Business Vendor Market in Jacksonville, Florida. We’re looking for passionate artisans, small businesses, and crafters to join us for an evening of community, creativity, and bookish fun.
All vendors are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to vendors offering bookish, literary, or romance‑themed items, but we welcome a wide range of handmade and small‑shop goods.
This application is only for vendors. Authors have a separate application.
Please note: Due to venue restrictions, we cannot accept food vendors or food trucks.
📅 Event Details
Date: Saturday, November 7
Market Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendor Load‑In: Begins at 2:30 PM
Load‑Out Deadline: Vendors must be off property by 9:45 PM
🛍 Vendor Setup
Each vendor will be provided:
One 6‑ft table
Two chairs
Vendors must bring their own tablecloth and any additional display items needed for their setup.
All applicants will be charged a $5 application fee.
Once accepted, you will be charged a table fee of $70.
