Vendor Application

Myth & Fable is celebrating its 2nd Anniversary, and we’re inviting makers, artists, creators, and food vendors to join us for a full‑day festival of comics, cosplay, fandom, and community. Our anniversary event will feature themed vendors, delicious food, games, activities, and special celebratory entertainment.

We’re looking for vendors who bring creativity, quality, and fandom‑friendly energy to the event. Whether your products highlight art, collectibles, handmade goods, fantasy worlds, tabletop accessories, or unique creations, this celebration is the perfect opportunity to showcase your work to an engaged and enthusiastic crowd.

Join us as we mark two years of Myth & Fable with a day of shopping, fun, and community connection.

Location: Myth & Fable Comics & Cosplay –

804 Chickamauga Ave.

Rossville, GA

Setup Time: 9:00am–11:00am 

Event Time: 11:00am–9:00pm

Take Down: No earlier than 9:00pm

1. This event is hosted by Myth & Fable Comics & Cosplay and its event team.
2. This is an outdoor event.
3. Tables, chairs, coverings, and canopies are not provided. Vendors must supply their own.
4. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth. Applicants will be notified of approval.
5. Available booth sizes-
   10x10 booth 
   6 foot artist's table
6. This is a rain‑or‑shine event.
7. Applications may be rejected to avoid duplicate booths and maintain variety in our marketplace.
8. Vendors must follow setup and takedown times. Early takedown may result in exclusion from future Myth & Fable events.
9. Political products are strictly prohibited.
   Vendors must obtain all required permits and follow applicable laws.
10. Only approved goods may be sold. No booth sharing.
11. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to their rented space — supernatural or otherwise.
12. Space locations may be assigned.
13. Vendors may offer giveaways.
14. Myth & Fable, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for theft, accidents, injuries. Vendors agree to indemnify the event and its staff.
