MEMBER ONLY - Shop Palmer 2026 Application

Shop Palmer! Get ready for another shopping extravaganza and a chance for one of your customers to win big! Register to enroll your business in the "Shop Palmer" event. This program will run from November 23, 2026, through December 20, 2026. 

Applications are due by 5 p.m. on October 30, 2026. To ensure your business is included on printed material, please submit your information before the deadline. We are having the cards professionally designed, printed, and delivered, and late submissions cannot be added to the printed cards.

There will be a $500 gift card for each weekly winner (4 total) and one $1,000 gift card up for grabs! The $500 winners may choose 2 x $250 gift cards to a participating business or one $500 gift card to a participating business. The $1000 winner can choose to spend their winnings at one location or up to 4 locations in increments of $250. 

For those unfamiliar, the rules are simple: 

1. Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce will provide each participating business with stamp cards, stamps, and collection boxes to be picked up. 

2. Customers who purchase $10 at a participating business get one stamp for every $10 spent, with no limit.

3. When an entry card is completed, please make sure it includes contact information so that the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce can contact and distribute the prize to the winner! 

Participating Businesses must return filled cards each Friday for the Monday morning drawing. Weekly blank card drop and entry card pick up available for an additional cost. 

More information will be sent to participating businesses once registration is closed.

• Provide one stamp per $10 spent.
• Once customers spend $100, they may drop their completed card in any participating business bin.
• Please use the stamps we provide - we have a record of what each stamp looks like, so we will know if there are any suspected fraudulent cards.
• Customers should ensure their name and phone number are on the card before they drop it in the bin and that it is legible. We want to ensure we have good contact info for our winners!
• There are no limits on how many cards people can fill out.
• If you need more cards or have any issues, please call or email the chamber office.
• Each week, all the cards from each business will be collected and entered into the weekly drawing. The weekly deadline for customers to drop off filled cards is Thursday by 12 pm. 
• Please return the filled cards to the GPCC office by 2 pm on Friday. If Chamber is picking up cards, please have them pulled out of the box and ready for staff member to pick up them. 
• Drawing will be held Monday's at 12pm
• Please collect all cards at 12 pm. Any cards that come in after noon will be entered into the following week’s drawing.
• Week 1 Deadline - Monday November 30th - Drawing Tuesday December 1st ($500)
• Week 2 Deadline - Monday December 7th - Drawing Tuesday December 8th ($500)
• Week 3 Deadline -Monday December 14th - Drawing Tuesday December 15th ($500)
• Week 4 Deadline -Monday December 21st - Drawing Tuesday December 22nd ($500)
• Grand Drawing Deadline - Monday, December 21st  - Drawing Tuesday December 22nd ($1000)
  • ALL CARDS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 5pm Monday December 21st
• The weekly drawings will be held on Tuesdays at 12 pm. We will announce the winners on our Facebook page.
