Welcome to the City of Wood DaleTrunk or Treat event! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting to sell goods and be present, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Parents, friends, businesses, we need your help!Trunk or treat is a volunteer-driven community event, and we need you to join us. Get a group of friends or neighbors together, decorate a vehicle, and let's provide a safe trick-or-treating experience for kids. We can't do this without you! We need families, organizations, businesses, and friends to offer candy, treats, and decorated vehicles for kids to enjoy! This is a great way to promote your business and interact with the community. Terms & Conditions

Cancellations are no fun for anyone.
The City will inform all vendors of any cancellations or delays by 11 a.m. on the day of the event. This is usually based on inclement weather.
 
In turn, we require all vendors to provide a deposit to attend and participate. If the vendor does not inform the city of a change in schedule or cancellation by 11 a.m. on the day of the event, the City will retain the deposit.
 
The deposit will be refunded after the event if no issues arise. 
 
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and electricity.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 refundable application fee, which is charged upon application. Cancelations are no fun for anyone. If the City is not informed by the vendor of a change in schedule or cancelation by 11 a.m. the day of the event, the City will retain the deposit.
