About the application

Food Vendors
All food products must comply with Georgia Cottage Food regulations or be produced in a licensed commercial kitchen, as applicable. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, and insurance.

 

Presentation Matters
Products should be professionally packaged, clearly labeled, and market-ready. We are looking for vendors who invest in clean branding, cohesive displays, and high-quality materials that create a refined customer experience.

 

Applications are evaluated based on:

  • Product quality and craftsmanship
  • Originality and uniqueness
  • Professional branding and packaging
  • Booth aesthetics and visual merchandising
  • Fit with the Heal Thyself brand and overall market experience

Calling Local Makers Heal Thyself Atlanta is building a curated community of local makers for our monthly: Atlanta Makers Market We're looking for artisans whose work reflects beauty, craftsmanship and intentional living. Limited maker spaces available. Applications are curated to preserve an intimate guest experience.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. Curated Market
The Atlanta Makers Market at Heal Thyself is a curated event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on product quality, originality, presentation, category balance, and alignment with the Heal Thyself brand.

2. Approved Products
Only products disclosed in the application and approved by Heal Thyself Atlanta may be displayed or sold. Vendors may not add new product categories or substantially change inventory without prior written approval.

Heal Thyself Atlanta reserves the right to require removal of any unapproved merchandise.

3. Product Quality Standards
All products must reflect exceptional craftsmanship and quality.

Products must be:

Handmade, artisan-made, locally produced, or thoughtfully designed.
Professionally packaged and clearly labeled.
Clean, finished, and ready for retail sale.
Free from visible defects or damage.
Mass-produced, wholesale resale, counterfeit, or drop-shipped merchandise is prohibited.

4. Category Exclusivity
To maintain a balanced shopping experience, Heal Thyself Atlanta limits the number of vendors within each product category.

Acceptance is based on overall market composition as well as product quality. Heal Thyself Atlanta reserves the right to decline vendors in categories that have reached capacity.

5. Food Vendor Requirements
Food vendors must comply with all applicable Georgia Cottage Food regulations or operate from an appropriately licensed commercial kitchen.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

Required permits
Product labeling
Food safety
Applicable licensing
Compliance with state and local regulations
6. Booth Standards
Vendors agree to maintain an elevated, boutique-style presentation throughout the event.

Booths should include:

Floor-length table coverings
Cohesive displays
Professional signage
Attractive merchandising
Clean and organized presentation
Boxes, storage containers, personal belongings, and excess inventory should remain concealed whenever possible.

Heal Thyself Atlanta reserves the right to request modifications to any booth that does not meet event standards.

7. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup period.
Booths must be completely set up before opening.
Vendors must remain for the duration of the event.
Early breakdown is prohibited without organizer approval.
8. Electricity
Electricity is limited and available only to vendors who request it in advance and receive written approval.

Extension cords and equipment must be in safe working condition.

9. Payment
Vendor space is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Vendor fees are non-transferable.

10. Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable.

If Heal Thyself Atlanta cancels the event, refunds or credits will be issued at the organizer's discretion.

11. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for:

Their own equipment
Inventory
Displays
Cash handling
Point-of-sale systems
Staffing
Heal Thyself Atlanta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

12. Insurance & Liability
Participation is at the vendor's own risk.

Heal Thyself Atlanta, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Injury
Theft
Property damage
Product damage
Lost profits
Weather-related losses
Acts of third parties
Vendors assume all liability arising from their participation.

Proof of insurance may be required.

13. Sales Tax
Each vendor is responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable sales taxes.

14. Photography & Marketing
Heal Thyself Atlanta may photograph or film the event, vendors, booths, products, and attendees.

By participating, vendors grant Heal Thyself Atlanta permission to use these images and videos for promotional, advertising, editorial, and social media purposes without compensation.

15. Code of Conduct
Heal Thyself Atlanta reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for:

Unprofessional conduct
Harassment
Aggressive sales tactics
Offensive behavior
Failure to comply with organizer instructions
Selling unapproved products
Misrepresentation during the application process
16. Force Majeure
Heal Thyself Atlanta shall not be responsible for cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

17. Right to Refuse Participation
Heal Thyself Atlanta reserves the right to accept or decline any application and may revoke acceptance at any time if participation is determined to be inconsistent with the event's standards or mission.

18. Clean-Up
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash. Failure to do so may affect eligibility for future events.

19. Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heal Thyself Atlanta, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the vendor's participation, products, services, or negligence.

20. Agreement
Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Application fees $15.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $40.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x20 Booth $80.00 Non-refundable
