Join us for the Myth & Fable Haunted Halloween Bash, a celebration of everything spooky, magical, nerdy, and mischievous. From 11am–9pm on October 31st, our grounds transform into a haunted village filled with themed vendors, seasonal food, trick‑or‑treating, cosplay fun, games, and eerie entertainment.

As a hub for comics, cosplay, and fandom culture, Myth & Fable brings together creators and community for a day of immersive Halloween excitement. Whether you love haunted aesthetics, fantasy lore, monster mythology, or autumn treats, this festival is your chance to explore, shop, snack, and celebrate the season.

Come hungry, bring your coven, and discover your next favorite spooky creation.

Setup Time: 9:00am–11:00am 

Event Time: 11:00am–9:00pm

Take Down: No earlier than 9:00pm

1. This event is hosted by Myth & Fable Comics & Cosplay and its event team.
2. This is an outdoor Halloween‑themed event.
3. Tables, chairs, coverings, and canopies are not provided. Vendors must supply their own.
4. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth. Applicants will be notified of approval.
5. Available booth sizes-
   10x10 booth 
   6 foot artist's table
6. This is a rain‑or‑shine event — the spirits gather regardless of weather.
7. Applications may be rejected to avoid duplicate booths and maintain variety in our haunted marketplace.
8. Vendors must follow setup and takedown times. Early takedown may result in exclusion from future Myth & Fable events.
9. Theme Requirement: Vendors must decorate their booth in a Halloween theme — spooky, magical, whimsical, gothic, monstrous, or fantastical.
10. Political products are strictly prohibited.
    Vendors must obtain all required permits and follow applicable laws.
11. Only approved goods may be sold. No booth sharing.
12. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to their rented space — supernatural or otherwise.
13. Space locations may be assigned.
14. Vendors may offer giveaways.
15. Myth & Fable, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for theft, accidents, curses, hexes, or mischievous spirits. Vendors agree to indemnify the event and its staff.
