Terms & Conditions

THE GOLDEN HOUR MARKET — VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an application and payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments — Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All vendor fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable — no exceptions. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, weather, personal emergencies, or failure to attend for any reason. Your space cannot be given, sold, or transferred to another vendor. If you cannot attend, your fee is forfeited.

2. Setup, Load-In & Breakdown
Setup begins at 4:30 PM. An email will be sent prior to the event with your specific load-in details to keep everyone on schedule and safe — please read it carefully and follow it. Late arrivals will not be permitted — no exceptions. There is a hard stop at 10:00 PM, when all sales must end. You must be fully broken down before bringing your vehicle to load out. Please do not retrieve your vehicle until your space is packed and ready to go.

3. Booth Space & Setup Requirements
Each vendor is provided a 6ft table space only. Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, and any display materials, and are responsible for their own setup and breakdown. Umbrellas are welcome for shade. Food vendors are required to bring their own tent.

4. Outdoor Event / Weather
This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. The market will proceed in most weather conditions. As stated above, weather is not grounds for a refund. In the rare event the organizers cancel the entire event, vendors will be notified regarding rescheduling or credit at the organizers' sole discretion.

5. Product Approval
Vendors must list all items they intend to sell at the time of application. Only approved items may be sold. Selling unapproved products, or products that misrepresent your application, may result in removal from the event without a refund. We are not accepting drink vendors or food trucks.

6. Marketing Commitment
This is a new monthly market in the Mills area, and building it into a strong community event takes all of us. Vendors are required to help market this event — please share it across your social media and networks, tag @thelocalhabitcommunity, and help spread the word. When we all do our part, we all grow together.

7. Conduct & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and health regulations, including any permits or licenses required for their products. Vendors must maintain a professional, respectful presence and keep their space clean, leaving it as they found it at the end of the night.

8. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Local Habit, Earth Grounds, the organizers, and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, their property, or their products before, during, or after the event.

9. Acceptance
Submitting an application and payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.

  • By submitting this application, I acknowledge and understand that The Local Habit does NOT guarantee sales, profits, customers, or foot traffic and that it is my responsibility to market and promote my business before and during the market. I understand that The Local Habit provides the event space, overall market marketing, and community exposure throughout Orlando and surrounding areas. I understand that all tent vendors must have a 6 foot tabler or smaller . I understand that all food vendors must comply with all State of Florida permits, licenses, and health requirements. I understand that NO open flames, drugs, or smoking are permitted at the market.
  • I understand that late arrivals will NOT be permitted to set up and that booth sharing is NOT permitted unless previously approved by The Local Habit team. I understand that misconduct, unsafe behavior, disrespect, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the market and possible trespassing from the property. I understand there are NO refunds, transfers, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. I understand payment is due within 48 hours of approval or my spot may be released to another vendor. I understand that The Local Habit is a community-driven market and vendors are expected to be friendly, communicative, respectful, and contribute positively to the atmosphere of the market. I also acknowledge that this application is for consideration only and submission does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
