Wondering what qualifies as a prepared food or beverages? Here’s a reference to what we’re looking for:

• Prepared Foods – burgers, tacos, desserts, baked goods and pre-made savory snacks (prepared hot foods will be allowed), hot dogs, frito pies, Indian Tacos, and all the 505 favorites! 
• Prepackaged Goods – sauces, spice blends, jams, pickles, and other shelf-stable treats
• Beverages – coffee, teas, juices, kombucha, and other non-alcoholic drinks

Vendor Selection Criteria

All applications for the Bands of Enchantment Music Festival are carefully reviewed by our team. We will prioritize vendors who:

• Provide complete and proper documentation, including food permits and proof of insurance

• Use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible

• Offer food or beverages that are unique, high-quality, and add variety to the market

To maintain balance and avoid oversaturation, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar products (e.g., baked goods, beverages, sauces, etc.). Final selection and category limits are at the discretion of market management.

1. Booth Fee: A non-refundable $30.00 booth fee is required once accepted. Payment instructions will be provided upon approval.
2. Setup & Breakdown: OUTDOOR BOOTHS ONLY, 10X10 SPACE. Vendors must arrive on time for setup and stay for the full duration of the festival. LOAD IN: 1 pm - 2 pm. NO ENTRY: After 3 pm. Strictly enforced. EVENT DURATION: 3 PM - 11 PM. Break down will be after 11pm. 
3. Power: No electricity will be provided. Please prepare to light your booth when the sun goes down with battery powered options. 
4. Set Up: Must bring your own tables, chairs, pop-up tent (optional, but highly suggested), signage, and lighting. 
5. Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash and materials at the end of the festival.
6. Permits & Insurance: All vendors must provide any necessary permits, licenses, or proof of insurance applicable to their products or services.
7. Product Approval: Only items listed and approved in your application may be sold. Management must approve any changes in advance.
8. Respect & Conduct: All vendors are expected to act respectfully toward fellow vendors, market staff, and attendees.
9. Weather: This is a rain-or-shine event. In case of unsafe conditions, vendors will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
10. Market Management: All decisions regarding vendor selection, booth placement, and conduct are made at the discretion of market management.
11. No-Show/No-Call Policy: Vendors who fail to show up without prior notice may not be invited to future markets and will be charged a $45 no-show fee. Cancellations made one (1) week prior to the event date will not be assessed a fee.
