Information Booth Vendors are required to provide a holiday craft/ornament for kids to make/decorate at the event. 

About the event

City Hall is being turned into Santa's Village! Join us for the Tree Lighting and arrival of Santa Claus, then stay and enjoy our other activities. Santa will be set up in the fire truck, which makes for some fun Santa photos! North Pole Post - Write a letter to Santa and put it in our special North Pole mailbox. Elf Patrol - Visit the Police Department and Regional Correction Center's booth to have your mug shot taken. North Pole Fire Department - The Wenatchee Valley Fire Department will have fun activities. Mrs. Claus' Library - Join Mrs. Claus for story time with the East Wenatchee Library! Frosty's Face Painting - Let's Color Art will be doing free face painting!

6:00-8:00pm (Set-up 3:30-5:30pm)

Vendors must be ready by the start time and stay until the end of the event

 

Vendor Space & Responsibilities

All booths are outdoors and subject to uneven ground and varying weather conditions. Vendors must provide all partitions, tables, awnings, accessories, etc. for their booth space, and must fit all their merchandise, equipment, etc. within the assigned space. Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and take-down. Power is not available! All cords must be protected from traffic areas. Vendors are responsible for charging and claiming Washington State sales tax current percentage.

 

Vendors are responsible for their own areas. The City of East Wenatchee assumes no responsibility for injury to persons, or loss or damage, including theft, to any property of the Vendor.

 

Vendors are responsible for any trash in their area. No oil, water, grease, coals, or ashes will be dumped on any open area or any part of the property, into the gutters or planters. Vendors who fail to comply will be billed for cleanup.

 

Restrictions

-The City of East Wenatchee reserves the right to remove any merchandise that is not considered suitable for a general audience; to remove any Vendor who does not comply with Vendor Rules and Regulations, and/or cooperate with Event officials.
-Vendors are responsible for the behavior of their associates, assistants, and children.
-No alcoholic beverages, loud music or television, or “hawking” will be allowed in the vicinity of your booth.
-Vendors are not allowed to “wander” with their merchandise at any time.


Hold Harmless Agreement

All participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of East Wenatchee and both of their officers, members, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and all of the vendor’s representatives, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, and for claims, including those arising from negligence, and or claims, for illness, injuries and damages that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in Wings 'N Wishes.
