Welcome to the Rockin' The Rim 2027 (Previously Show Low Days)! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Set up will be 9 am - 2 pm May 28th. NO VEHICLES WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE FIELD DURING THE EVENT!
VENDOR PARKING IS THE DIRT PARKING LOT SW OF FRONTIER FIELD
ONLY QUIET GENERATORS WILL BE PERMITTED.

3 PM - 9 PM FRIDAY
9 AM -9 PM SATURDAY
11 AM - 4 PM SUNDAY

Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
There will be no refunds for cancellations.
Nonprofit organizations are required to pay the standard booth fee at the time of registration. Upon fulfillment of all volunteer requirements and compliance with event rules, the booth fee will be refunded after the event.
To qualify for the refund, each participating nonprofit must:
-Complete one (1) four-hour volunteer shift during Rockin' the Rim.
-Operate their booth during all required event hours.
-Follow all event rules and regulations.
Refunds will be processed after the event once all volunteer commitments and participation requirements have been verified by Show Low Chamber staff.
BOOTH/DISPLAY INFORMATION
Single booth spaces measure 10' x 10' and are assigned by the Show Low Chamber of Commerce.
Electrical connections are available within 50 feet of booth spaces for an additional $175, which must be requested and paid for with the application. Extension cords will not be provided.
Pop-up tents are highly recommended due to potential weather conditions. Tent weights are mandatory for safety purposes. Stakes are not permitted on the field.
SECURITY
Security will be present throughout the entire event until all exhibits are broken down and removed.
LIABILITY FOR LOSSES
The Show Low Chamber of Commerce and the City of Show Low are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the transfer, installation, maintenance, storage, or removal of exhibits, nor for any incidents related to the management of the event.
Participating organizations assume full responsibility and liability for any injury or damage to persons or property connected with their booth, including actions by their volunteers, representatives, or members.
Organizations agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Show Low Chamber of Commerce, the City of Show Low, and their employees and agents against all claims, losses, damages, government charges, fines, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from the use of the event facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or general use of the premises by the organization, its volunteers, guests, or contractors—except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Show Low Chamber of Commerce.
The Show Low Chamber of Commerce and the City of Show Low reserve the right to deny applications, remove organizations from participation, or modify, change, or cancel the event at any time.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Evening hours can be dark inside booth spaces. Organizations are encouraged to bring their own lighting.
Open flames and propane camp lights with a flame are strictly prohibited.
Overnight parking is not permitted in Frontier Park, per City ordinance.
Volunteer shifts will be assigned by the Show Low Chamber of Commerce. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their assigned volunteers report on time and complete the full four-hour shift. Failure to complete the assigned volunteer commitment will result in forfeiture of the booth fee refund.
