FarleyCon 2026 Press Pass Application

FarleyCon Pop Culture & Comic Book Expo welcomes members of the media who are interested in covering the event for newspapers, magazines, blogs, podcasts, YouTube channels, and other news or entertainment outlets.

Press Passes are limited and are intended for individuals working in an editorial capacity — including journalists, photographers, video crews, and content creators actively reporting on the event.

To apply, please complete the form and include:
Your media affiliation (or platform name)
Recent coverage examples or links
 Estimated reach/audience size
 Your planned coverage (interviews, recap videos, live streams, etc.)

Approved press pass holders will receive:
Complimentary admission to both days of FarleyCon 2026
Access to general panels and the show floor
Designated press check-in area
Opportunities for interviews (by request and availability)

Please note: A press pass does not include access to VIP experiences, celebrity green rooms, or guaranteed interviews without prior coordination.

1. Access & Availability
   Press access is granted only as long as space is available. Access is not guaranteed in high-traffic areas or capacity-limited spaces.

2. Restrictions on Special Access
   Press passes do not grant early access, special access, or guaranteed seating to any panels, events, or areas within the venue.

3. Panel Recording Policy
   Absolutely no recording or photography is permitted during panels unless otherwise specified by FarleyCon staff.

4. Line Etiquette
   Press passes do not allow line-cutting for autographs, photo ops, merchandise, or panel entry.

5. Pass Ownership & Transfer
   Press passes are a complimentary courtesy extended by FarleyCon and are issued individually and are non-transferable.
   Press passes may not be sold, shared, or transferred. Any individual found engaging in this behavior will be disqualified from receiving press credentials at future events.

6. Limited Supply & Media Group Limits
   Press credentials are limited. Once capacity is reached, no additional passes will be issued.
   Media groups may be limited in the number of passes they can receive based on their media type and audience reach.

7. Application Review & Approval
   All press/media applications are subject to review and approval. You will be notified of your application status within a designated time frame based on your submission date.
   Incomplete applications may require additional documentation. If approved, your confirmation email will include badge pickup instructions and event guidelines.
