Bloom Wellness Social Series Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Bloom Wellness Social Series, a monthly wellness and networking experience presented through the Stronger Together Partnership between Bloom Curated Experiences Co. and FitOne Grayson.
Our goal is to create an engaging marketplace that introduces attendees to local businesses, wellness professionals, artisans, and community organizations while fostering meaningful connections and supporting small business growth.

Each vendor will receive:
- One (1) 6' x 6' indoor vendor space
- Opportunity to connect with attendees throughout the event
- Promotion on Bloom Curated Experiences Co. and FitOne Grayson social media (when applicable)
- Access to networking opportunities with fellow vendors and community partners
Application & Fees (non-refundable)
All vendor applications are subject to approval to ensure a diverse and balanced vendor marketplace. If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund to the card or payment method on file.
Vendor Responsibilities
Bring your own table, chair(s), linens, displays, and marketing materials.
Limited rental tables may be available for a small rental fee on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arrive during the designated setup window and remain set up until the event concludes.
Keep your space clean, professional, and within your assigned footprint.
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for all attendees.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
Vendor spaces are approximately 6 feet x 6 feet and are assigned by event management.
Vendors must provide their own table, chair(s), linens, displays, extension cords (if needed), and any additional setup materials.
Rental tables may be available for a small fee based on availability and must be requested in advance.
Vendors are responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down their own booth.
Setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to each event. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from event management.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or insurance required for their business.
Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and respectful booth throughout the event.
Bloom Curated Experiences Co. and FitOne Grayson reserve the right to decline applications or remove vendors whose products, services, or conduct do not align with the mission or standards of the event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, equipment, and personal belongings. Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
By participating, vendors grant Bloom Curated Experiences Co. and FitOne Grayson permission to use photographs and video captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with event details, setup instructions, and load-in information.
