Thank you for your interest in participating in the Granville Commanders Signing Day Event. We are excited to showcase a variety of local food vendors while celebrating our student-athletes and bringing our community together.

Please complete this application to be considered for participation. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Join us for our first annual Granville Commanders Signing Day to celebrate our football players as they officially commit for the 2026 season. This family event will include food trucks, crafts, retail vendors, and other family-friendly activities. The event will close with the highly anticipated raffle drawings for a Skylight calendar, Blackstone flat top grill, and $150 Amazon gift card. Raffle tickets are $20 and will be available for purchase until 3pm. Granville Youth Football & Cheer will also be hosting a hydration and snack drive during Signing Day to support Granville County's middle and high school football teams. Please consider donating hydration and non-perishable snack items to keep our local middle school and high school athletes fueled throughout their fall sports season. Cash donations towards the hydration and snack drive will also be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Fee
Food Truck Vendor Fee: $125.00
·         Space is reserved only after payment has been received.

·         Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Granville Commanders.

·         Food truck spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.


 

Food Truck Rules & Guidelines
By participating in this event, I agree to the following:

·         I will arrive during the designated setup time.

·         I will provide my own food truck, generator (if needed), extension cords, and all operating equipment.

·         I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, and inspections.

·         My truck must remain open and operational during designated event hours unless approved otherwise.

·         I am responsible for keeping my assigned area clean during and after the event.

·         Grease, oil, wastewater, and trash must be disposed of properly and may not be left on the event grounds.

·         The Granville Commanders are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, vehicles, inventory, or personal property.

·         I agree to operate in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.

·         The Granville Commanders reserve the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with event policies or whose operation poses a safety concern.

 

  

Liability Acknowledgement
I understand that participation is at my own risk. I agree to hold harmless the Granville Commanders, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and hosting venue from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in this event.
