Dealer Application
About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer at the Liberty Antiques Festival. For more than 35 years,
Liberty has been known for authentic antiques and collectables, trusted dealers, and a strong community of
collectors. As the festival’s new promotors, we remain committed to preserving the show’s reputation for
quality, and we welcome your application. The festival is held the last Friday and Saturday in April and September every year.
The Liberty Antiques Festival is an outdoor event, so tents are suggested for inclement weather events and
shade. Tents are priced separately, except Big Top (included). A list of tent and table vendors will be made
available for dealers to secure needed tents and tables. Dealers can bring their own tents, but they must be
securely installed. At the end of each festival, sign-ups for subsequent festivals are discounted for early
payment and commitment for returning dealers. Electricity is generally not available for tent spaces. Food
vendors and security will be available during festival hours.
