About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.ย
- Vendor selections are made at the sole discretion of HGMA based on event needs, product variety, available space, and overall event goals.ย
Right of Refusal
HGMA reserves the right to accept or deny any application, exhibitor, vendor, product, display, or activity at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
Payment Authorization
If your application is approved, the payment method provided on your application may be charged for the applicable booth fee unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by HGMA for an alternate payment method or payment plan.
Booth Assignment
Booth locations are assigned solely by HGMA. Requests may be considered but are not guaranteed. Booth assignments may change if necessary for event operations.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth setup, displays, equipment, tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, lighting, and any other items necessary for their operation unless otherwise specified.
Compliance with Laws
Vendors agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, licenses, health codes, tax requirements, and fire safety regulations.
Insurance & Liability
Vendors assume all responsibility for their property, merchandise, employees, volunteers, and guests. HGMA, its officers, board members, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the City of Granbury shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the event.
Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, neighboring vendors, volunteers, staff, and event organizers. HGMA reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or inconsistent with the goals of the event. No refund will be issued if removal is necessary. Leaving early will result in permanent removal from all future events with HGMA.ย
Booth Appearance
Vendors agree to maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth space throughout the duration of the event. Booths must remain fully operational during official event hours unless otherwise approved.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if any, will be issued according to HGMA's published cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued due to weather, acts of God, emergencies, or circumstances beyond HGMA's control unless otherwise determined by HGMA.
Weather Policy
Our events are rain-or-shine. Vendors are responsible for preparing for weather conditions, including wind, rain, heat, or cold. HGMA reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to severe weather or safety concerns.
Photographs & Marketing
By participating, vendors grant HGMA permission to photograph and record their booth, products, employees, and displays for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
Event Rules
Vendors agree to follow all event instructions, load-in/load-out procedures, parking requirements, safety guidelines, and operational policies provided by HGMA before and during the event.
Policy Changes
HGMA reserves the right to amend event policies, procedures, schedules, or booth assignments if necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event.
Agreement
By checking the agreement box and submitting this application, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed above. I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future HGMA events.
