About the application
Fee is $50.00 per unit (10x10 Space). This covers both days of the event. We also have a Double Booth Option as well, if you have a larger setup. $100 for both days.
Fee is Non-refundable if for any reason you are not able to attend.
-All trash must be removed by the vendor to the designated dumpster - We are not responsible for removing your trash.
-Each vendor will receive access for 2 workers for their business. For an additional $15 each you can purchase additional for workers for both nights.
-No refunds will be issued after acceptance.
You may set up Friday afternoon, starting at 3:00 until 5:00pm.
** All set ups MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5:15PM **
Everyone at that time will be cleared and must be part of the 2 workers or be a paying customer at that point. NO LATE SETUPS WILL BE ALLOWED!!!
**Provide a complete list of items to be sold. Dawson Farm’s may eliminate or limit some of the items listed to allow for a wide variety of items to avoid duplication. Vendor may not display or sell any additional items, unless authorized by Dawson Farm’s.

This person relases and hold harlmess Dawson Farm's, it's owners, staff, employees, and any others participating in this event of any liability before, during, and after event. NO ALCOHOLIC beverages can be sold by vendors. Any vendor creating a disturbance may be asked to leave. Fee is Non-refundable if for any reason you are not able to attend.
A copy of your current Liability Insurance Coverage needs to be provided if you carry it.
