About the application
This application is for Product Vending only. Do not fill out if you are: food, activity, encampment, or programming. You will be rejected if you put in the wrong type of app.
Viking themed handmade items will have a priority in our jury selection. We only accept a limited number of vendors in each category to ensure our patrons have a unique experience.

You will be given 2 Vendor Weekend Passes per 10x10 space. You must be able to attend both days of the weekend.
It is the vendors responsibility to upload a media kit with this application or send it by email in order to be featured in a post.
Vendors can set up on Friday (10am-9pm) or Saturday, check-in by 8:30 am, and be packed up by Monday morning. Those participating in both weekends can stay set up but make sure to take anything valuable. They should bring their own tents, tables, and chairs. Please note, your vending tent, including ropes, must fit inside the space you purchase.
Every vendor must adhere to the instructions sent out in the Participants' Guide before the event. Failure to do so may result in the vendor not being invited back. TVE is not responsible for any loss, damages, or injury during this event. We do have event security.
