About the application

The Autumn Art Stroll Food Truck Application is an online application process. No paper applications will be accepted.


To apply, complete the application form below. Application deadline is Friday, August 28th. Applicants will receive an email confirmation following receipt of the application.


Each applicant will be notified of their acceptance status by Tuesday, September 1st, 2026.


Any vendor that does not comply with the event guidelines will be asked to forfeit their space and will not be invited to participate in subsequent years.

 

Mobile food vendors are required to provide:

1.      A valid inspection from the Texas Department of State Health Services. More information can be found here: https://www.dshs.texas.gov/retail-food-establishments/permits-retail-food-establishments/mobile-food-vendors

 

2.     Mobile Food Vendor Permit from the Georgetown Fire Department. More information can be found here: https://www.georgetowntexas.gov/development_services/permits/other_permits/special_event_permits/food_vending_requirements.php

 

3.    Submit a copy of your Certificate of Insurance showing proof of liability coverage by September 15, 2026 – Coverage must include a minimum of $500,000 general liability coverage and The City of Georgetown listed as “additional insured” through the event dates.

About the event

The Arts and Culture Program hosts two semi-annual Art Strolls in the spring and the fall where participants can engage in interactive arts experiences at arts and culture facilities and arts-based businesses across the Downtown Georgetown Cultural District that include: artist demonstrations, performances, live music, history exhibits, tours, and art shopping opportunities. The Autumn Art Stroll will take place on Friday, October 16th from 4-8 p.m.Start your Stroll at any of the designated check-in locations to pick up your Stroll passport. Then continue your Stroll across the Downtown Georgetown Cultural District to visit and shop at the participating arts and culture venues and view Georgetown’s popular collection of public art murals and sculptures. Enjoy food and cocktails from local restaurants along the way. Enjoy a live orchestra performance by the Central Texas Philharmonic along with a silent screening of the Phantom of the Opera following the annual sculpture tour awards!

Terms & Conditions

By accepting the terms and conditions, I (hereinafter “Booth Operator”) hereby make application to become a participant/vendor in the Georgetown Autumn Art Stroll event. Booth Operator agrees to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth herein and such other rules as may be established or amended by the Arts and Culture Board or the Downtown and Tourism Department of the City of Georgetown, Texas. The Booth Operator will sell only those items or conduct those activities that have been specifically approved in writing. Furthermore, Booth Operator hereby releases, forever discharges and holds harmless the Autumn Art Stroll event and the City of Georgetown, Texas, from any responsibility or liability for loss, claims, damages, theft, injury, or accident from activities conducted in preparation for, during, and immediately following the Georgetown Autumn Art Stroll event. Booth Operator assumes full and complete responsibility and will hold harmless the City of Georgetown, its officers, council members, directors, servants, agents, employees, or volunteers from any loss, lost profits, damage, or injury to the person or property of the Booth Operator or Booth Operator’s agents, customers,  or invitees. It is further agreed that Booth Operator shall maintain his/her space, merchandise, activities, and business practices in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Booth Operator understands that violation of or noncompliance with this release or any rule, regulation, law, ordinance, or decree may result in immediate expulsion of Booth Operator and his/her exhibit from the event without a refund of any applicable fees paid. The Booth Operator is responsible for all set-up and take-down of merchandise, displays, and truck equipment. It is further understood that each booth operator is responsible for assuring that all items in his/her set-up are well secured in the event of weather,  i.e. wind, rain, etc., and that weights must be used to secure any freestanding items (signs, etc.) so as not to blow into or damage any other property. If the Booth Operator’s truck or belongings cause damage to another vendor's set-up due to negligence on  his/her part, the Booth Operator will be responsible for that damage.
