About the application
The Bright Nights Block Party welcomes artisans and retailers, preferably with a holiday theme. Items for sale should be handmade by the artist. If items are not handmade, they should still be high-quality items for resale.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Artisans/ retailers must supply their own 10x10 tent, tables, chairs and items for resale.Bright Nights will not supply electricity for individual vendors.
Requirements:
- Preference for vendors offering a holioday centric theme.
- Ability to meet the volume of attendees, including staffing and product quantity- estimating 4,000-5,000 patrons.
- Possess adequate equipment, supplies, and personnel to manage large crowds.
- Willingness to set up and break down on time.
