About the application
Books & Brews, hosted in partnership with the Lynchburg Public Library, blends local literature and craft beer for a unique community event in the heart of the city. Attendees can discover books by regional authors while enjoying brews from local craft breweries, alongside vendors, food trucks, and family-friendly activities. Sponsorship offers a chance to support literacy, connect with an engaged audience, and celebrate local culture and commerce.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
No additional tents or trailers that are not specified on the application should accompany the food truck. All Food Vendors must be prepared to supply their own power. All Food Trucks/Trailers/Tents must be prepared to set up their display and remove it within the timeframes suggested by the DLA. This time is usually limited to one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup.
