Artisan Vendor Application
About the application
This application is open to artisan and activity vendors. Items or displays must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- hand-crafted goods
- locally produced items
- offer activities or services for attendees
- items related to books/stationery/paper goods
A one-time, non-refundable, $15 application fee for all vendors, applied towards the total $100 vendor fee if accepted.
Applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified about their status within one week of the submission deadline.
Our goal is to bring local vendors to the forefront to provide a unique community-oriented experience by ensuring variety.
MLM's or product resellers will not be accepted as vendors.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The Downtown Belmont Development Association (DBDA) reserves the right to accept and refuse vendors based on their submitted applications. The number and types of each vendor permitted in all events is under the discretion of the DBDA. The DBDA may close applications to certain vendor types when the allotted number of vendor spaces are filled. Vendors will receive a receipt of approval and payment confirming they have been approved to attend the event as a vendor.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FURNISHING CHAIRS, TABLES, TENTS, DROP CORDS, ETC.
- Refunds will only be issued if you notify the event coordinator of your inability to attend and your spot is able to be filled by a comparable vendor two weeks prior to the event date. If your spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.
- Personal vehicles must exit the event area thirty minutes prior to the event start time, and are not allowed re-entry to the event area during the event
- Personal vehicles are NOT allowed in the event area after the vendor set-up timeframe has ended.
- Vendors must leave their event area as it was found upon their arrival
- Please utilize trash bins in the event area to dispose of any waste
- Vendors must arrive during the specified set-up times provided
- Any vendor arriving after the allowable time period will not be allowed to participate in the event
- Artisan vendors must remain at the event for the full duration, unless written permission is provided by the Event Coordinator in advance of the event
- Breaking down and removing items before the conclusion of the event can be dangerous to attendees and is prohibited
- Fireworks of any kind are prohibited from being sold/given away/used at any event. Fireworks in respect to this rule include, but are not limited to: poppers, snap-pops, smoke bombs, bottle rockets, sparklers, daytime fireworks, nighttime fireworks, novelty fireworks, etc. Any vendor with these items may be removed and escorted from the event without refund.
