About the application
National Night Out is a nationwide initiative that strengthens relationships between communities and the public safety professionals who serve them. We invite local businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and community groups to participate and engage with Stone Ridge residents in a fun, family-friendly environment.
This event provides an excellent opportunity to increase visibility, share information about your services, distribute promotional materials, and build meaningful connections with local families. Vendor spaces are limited and will be approved to ensure a diverse mix of community resources and businesses.

| Non-Profit Business or Charity | $0.00 | Non-refundable | This option is only available to non-profit organizations and charities with a designated 501 (c)(3). This space is limited. Applicant must provide designation letter during registration to esparkes@stoneridgehoa.org |
| Home-Based Business Vendor | $150.00 | Non-refundable | This option is perfect for entrepreneurs and makers operating from home. Cost: $150 per booth space What’s Included: One booth space with a table and chairs provided Please Note: Table coverings and tents are not included – please bring your own. You may rent a tent through the association separately. No electricity or running water is available Early breakdown is not permitted unless pre-approved by the HOA We encourage vendors to include a small craft, giveaway, or kid-friendly activity to help drive engagement and create a fun, community-focused experience. Showcase your products or services to an audience of 800+ attendees and connect with your local community in a big way! |
