Local Community Leadership & Civic Engagement Booth Application

The Middletown Family Fun Festival welcomes local elected officials, Candidates, civic organizations, and community-focused civic organizations to engage with residents during the festival.

This booth opportunity is designed for organizations and individuals wishing to engage with festival attendees, distribute informational materials, discuss community issues, and promote civic involvement in a family-friendly environment.

We encourage candidates, elected officials, political parties, advocacy groups, and community organizations to apply and be part of this exciting community event.

Space is limited and available only to local candidates, local elected officials, and approved civic organizations serving the Middletown and surrounding communities.

Participation is subject to approval by event management.

Booth placement in this designated area does not constitute an endorsement by HB Productions, the City of Middletown, festival sponsors, or event partners.

All interactions, materials, and displays must be respectful, non-disruptive, and appropriate for a family-oriented event.

No amplified sound, demonstrations, confrontational activities, or obstruction of pedestrian traffic will be permitted.

No power or ellectricity available.

Participants are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and booth materials.
