Please note that this application is NOT for TENTED FOOD VENDORS

Vending Times: 3 p.m. until 7 p.m.

 

LOAD-IN DETAILS: The load-in schedule will be provided with the vendor handbook. Food Trucks must be show ready by 3 p.m.

 

PAYMENT POLICY: Your provided payment method will be charged upon approval of your application. All applications are subject to a 3% transaction fee plus local taxes. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued. Reminder this event takes place rain or shine. 
 
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS: Electronic signatures on this application or photocopies of the original application carry the same legal weight as original signatures. By signing, you authorize Aclipse Events as your agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for any charges incurred under this application. This includes but is not limited to cleaning fees, repair charges for damages, and the full replacement cost of rented property in cases of loss, theft, or damage. 

 

RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT, OR PROPERTY & CLEANING FEES: When vacating your  space, vendors must ensure the area is free of any trash or refuse, which should be properly disposed of in designated containers. Your rented space must be left devoid of any debris. Boxes, wrapping paper, cellophane, and similar items should be removed and disposed of appropriately.  

 

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS:

Electronic signatures on this application or photocopies of the original application carry the same legal weight as original signatures. By signing, you authorize ACLIPSE as your agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for any charges incurred under this application. This includes but is not limited to cleaning fees, repair charges for damages, and the full replacement cost of rented property in cases of loss, theft, or damage. 

 

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI): All trucks must have an active Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Aclipse, LLC as an additional insured party. If your COI cannot be verified before the event, participation will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

 

HEALTH INSPECTION CERTIFICATE: All vendors must provide a valid health inspection certificate as part of the application process to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

 

COMMUNICATION DISCLAIMER: Please add admin@aclipseevents.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive all important communications without interruption.

 

VENDOR SLOT FULFILLMENT: Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment will process upon approval of your application. Should your payment decline, this will result in forfeiture of your slot. Reminder, no refunds will be provided for any reason so please ensure that you review the terms and conditions. 

 

REMINDER: No outside food will be permitted inside of Center Parc Stadium.
