Welcome to the North Carolina Whirligig Festival! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. All Sponsors receive a complimentary booth within the festival zone. As a Sponsor, we give your placement serious consideration for outreach to the community. The earlier your application is received and Sponsorship donations is submitted the easier we can provide a premier location. Applications are electronic only - no paper needed.
This is an electronic agreement and by applying for the booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. By submitting the application you are confirming that you have read the NCWF Vendor policies and agree to abide by them as stated in the guidelines below.

| Presenting Sponsor | $40,000.00 | Non-refundable | Sponsor levels are based on actual funding provided in support of the festival. In-Kind services and donations are considered separately as Festival Patrons. Our premiere level, the Presenting Sponsorship includes, but is not limited to: Custom experience based on the sponsor’s expectations and best outcomes for the event. Pre-event and Post-event promotions, including all social media promotions, branding on all materials, printed and digital; video and audio promotions on local TV, radio and podcast media; reference with logo and/or collateral materials from the sponsor in all communications regarding the Festival; exclusive title logo on Festival T-shirt and posters. Signage throughout the Festival, including golf cart logo, locational signage throughout the Festival footprint, and the Whirligig Park Stage and Saturday Night Concert. Mention from all stages and platforms throughout the event. Triple Booth Space or attraction of your choice. Logo signage for the Beer & Bones Zone adjacent to the Whirligig Park. Logo-inspired colorful balloon welcome arches and other decorative / interactive features throughout the Festival footprint. Logo branding on Festival app. Other benefits negotiable. A vendor booth space is 15 feet wide and 10 feet deep. This is for the use of a 10x10 ft tent. The extra space on the left and right are to provide storage and space between vendors. Your tent may not extend beyond the booth space - this is set by fire code standards. Sponsors may inquire about a wider booth with the Sponsorship Coordinator. Sponsorships are non-refundable once committed. |

Patrons are often provided a booth in exchange for support. Make sure to communicate with the Sponsor Coordinator to confirm details. |
| Sponsor - Electrical Outlet (115v/15 amp - household style) | $20.00 | Non-refundable | Refer to the Electrical Outlet PDF. Your plug must match our outlet style. We do not adjust - bring your own adapter. Approximately half of the vendor booth spaces have ONE electrical outlet available. Vendors requesting electricity are strategically placed to provide utilities and a variety of vendors within each block of the festival. Electrical requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis. |
| Water access | $20.00 | Non-refundable | Access to water is limited and typically reserved for food vendors. However, requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis. Water access will at a corner fire hydrant. Vendors should bring 100 ft hose to reach booth. |
