Oktoberfest 2026 Vendor Registration
About the application
Planning is underway for the 45th Annual Belleville Oktoberfest, and we are excited to invite you to be part of the largest Oktoberfest celebration in Southern Illinois! We hope you'll join us once again in bringing our community a much-needed weekend of music, family-friendly festivities, and the celebration of Belleville’s rich German heritage.
This year precautions are being put in place to ensure the safety of everyone attending the festival. In order to extend the hours the event will be fenced in and you must be 21 to enter after 6pm. Due to the cost of fencing the perimeter, the foot print of the event had to be shrunk, therefore the amount of vendor spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the attached form and mail your payment as soon as possible to secure your spot. There is a firm deadline of September 1, 2026. Applications received after this date will incur a $100 late fee and must be approved by the committee
