We're celebrating 5 powerful years of culture, community, and resilience in North Carolina!

This year's theme, "Rooted. Grown. Golden," honors the journey that has brought us here. From extending the Sista Soul Fest family tree into North Carolina to building community, embracing abundance, and amplifying the Voices of Strength throughout our region, each year has represented a new chapter of growth. Together, those chapters have become a legacy.

Sista Soul Fest North Carolina 2026 celebrates the roots we've planted, the connections we've cultivated, and the community we've built together. We recognize the artists, entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, healers, families, and visionaries who have helped shape this experience over the past five years.

Sista Soul Fest is a community-centered movement dedicated to celebrating culture, creativity, entrepreneurship, wellness, and connection. Each year, we continue to create an inclusive space where people from all backgrounds can come together to support, uplift, inspire, and empower one another.

Whether you are a business owner, artist, author, nonprofit organization, entertainer, creative, healer, or community leader, this is YOUR space to shine.

✔ Opportunity to connect with attendees, artists, entrepreneurs, and community members

Vendors are responsible for any additional display materials, shelving, table coverings, extension cords, or specialty equipment needed for their setup.

SCHEDULE:

🕙 Setup: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM
🛍 Vendor Preview Hour: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🎉 Festival Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🧹 Breakdown: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

💸 NEED A PAYMENT PLAN?

We offer a 2-payment option for vendors who may need additional flexibility.

✔ Pay half of your vendor fee upfront at registration
✔ The remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid before the final payment deadline provided by Sista Soul Fest

Please note: Failure to complete the remaining balance by the invoice due date will result in forfeiture of your vendor space and any fees previously paid.

We do not want vendor fees to prevent participation in this powerful community experience, and we are committed to working with our community whenever possible.

Please be advised that submission of a registration does not constitute automatic acceptance into Sista Soul Fest. All applications are subject to review, and acceptance is granted at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.

As a vendor participating in the 2026 Sista Soul Fest NC, I agree to adhere to the following guidelines and terms:

• I WILL respect all event organizers, volunteers, participants, and fellow vendors, along with their individual businesses and spaces.

• I WILL leave my vendor space clean and free of debris, ensuring it is left in the same or better condition than it was before my use.

• I understand that Sista Soul Fest / Aje Noire Enterprise and its affiliates reserve all rights to any photographs, video recordings, and audio obtained during the event. These materials may be used at the discretion of Sista Soul Fest for advertising, promotions, sponsorships, marketing, social media, and other festival-related purposes at any time.

• I understand that Sista Soul Fest / Aje Noire Enterprise and its affiliates are not responsible for any liability, loss, theft, damaged merchandise, personal property, weather-related damages, or injuries incurred during participation in the festival.

• I understand that if I select the two-payment vendor option, the first payment serves as a commitment fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the invoice due date provided by Sista Soul Fest. Failure to complete the remaining payment by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the vendor space and any fees previously paid.

• Please note that ALL vendor fees become non-refundable after July 15, 2026.

By submitting payment and/or participating in the festival, I acknowledge and agree to the terms listed above.
