About the application
The BayCon Art Gallery is a place for artists to display and sell their unique works to the attendees of the convention. BayCon will handle the sales and the taxes for a small 20% commission.
EVENT DATES: 7/02/2027 - 7/05/2027. ART GALLERY HOURS: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Friday), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Saturday/Sunday), 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday). These hours are subject to change.

Terms & Conditions
The Art Gallery is a juried space
This primarily means two things:
- If you have previously been a part of the Art Gallery (formerly known as the Art Show), there is no guarantee that we will accept your application.
- You will be notified whether your application has been accepted or not, and any fees due will be communicated at that time.
- Applications will be accepted from this form only. Note: Space is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first served basis". Accepted artists will be notified within 30 days of receipt of application. Eventeny will automatically charge your chosen payment method at time of approval. If your payment is declined and another payment method is necessary there will be an additional $25 convenience fee. charged.*WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CHECKS OR CASH PAYMENTS ART GALLERY HEAD: Shari Benson art@baycon.org
- ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once applications have been approved.
Prices
| 4x4 Panel | $40.00 | Non-refundable | This space is for hangable art. We will provide a "sign" with your name to be centered above your art. |
| 3x4 Display Table Space | $40.00 | Non-refundable | This space is one half (1/2) of a 6ft long table |
| Non-Attending Fee | $20.00 | Non-refundable | This additional fee is only applicable to Artists that will not be attending the convention. |
| Mail in Fee | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This additional fee is for Artists that wish to mail-in their Art. This covers the labor of the convention staff to set up and tear down the displays. Please provide return mailing labels for any Art not sold. |
