Exhibitors

Apply to be a vendor at the Mankato Pride Festival on 9/12/26 from 12pm - 4pm! Booth spaces will be 10 feet by 10 feet. The vendor applying will be responsible to bring their own table(s), chair(s) and tent. Tents will not be able to be staked down, can use weights or sandbags to hold down tents. No tables will be provided. This application is for all vendors except for food vendors and non-profit vendors. 

• SCMN Pride Festival will be held rain or shine.
• Exhibitor tables may be set up from 8:15am-11:00am. If you need special arrangements please contact mankatopride@gmail.com to make an arrangement.
• Booths should be taken down no earlier than 4:00 pm.
• No paid raffle or drawings by exhibitors.
• Exhibitors are responsible for getting all their items to and from their booth locations.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own items at all times.
• Exhibitors are responsible for all applicable taxes on sales.
• Food and beverage may not be distributed or sold without prior approval.
• SCMN Pride accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items, injuries, or damages.
• SCMN Pride reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or remove an exhibit table.
• Tents must not be staked into gound, you can use sandbags/ weights to hold down tents.
