🧵 Call for Vendors!
We are inviting the following types of vendors:

1.  Those whose medium is related to fabric or fiber art, for example:

• • Quilting

  • Sewing

  • Weaving

  • Knitting or Crochet

  • Felting

  • Spinning

  • Embroidery

  • Textile dyeing or design

  • Or other fiber-based art...

2.  Vendors who are selling items that are related to the above items.  Vendors may sell new or used related items but may not purchase wholesale lots to resale.  

3.  Handmade crafts with a fabric component, i.e. clothes, kitchen items, decorative items, holiday items.

We want to showcase your creativity! This is a great opportunity to sell your work, connect with other artists, and reach an engaged and appreciative audience.

We have limited space for vendors.  Some may be placed inside and some will be placed outside on the museum grounds.  Qualifying vendors are those who will be selling “sewing/quilt/fiber art” related items.  These items 1) should be made or embellished by the vendor, 2) selling or reselling related items.  Vendors who purchase wholesale for resale purposes are not allowed at this event.  Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tables, tents, etc.  Event officials reserve the right to refuse the display/sale of any item that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise not in keeping with the family atmosphere of the festival. No political materials or decorations are allowed.  Electricity is limited and must be requested and paid for (15.00) at the time of application.  Each booth granted electricity will be allowed an outlet and must provide their own 100-foot heavy-duty outdoor UL approved extension cord.  Tents and equipment must remain inside the rented booth space.  Sidewalks and walkways must be kept clear for shoppers.  Vendors may not set up chairs, boxes or other items on the sidewalks or in the pathways.  No pets are allowed.  Vendors must remain in place until 4:00 unless otherwise advised by the Event Coordinator.  Vendor fees are non-refundable due to expenses incurred by Havana Main Street to support the event.
