Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Strongman Oktoberfest Vendor Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Strongman Oktoberfest. By applying and participating, vendors agree to the following terms:

Vendor Approval
All vendors must be approved by event organizers before participating. The event reserves the right to deny or limit vendors at its discretion.
Vendor Fees
Vendor fees must be paid by the deadline provided. Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Setup and Breakdown
Vendors must set up and break down during the times provided by the event organizers. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, displays, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise stated.
Permits and Licenses
Vendors are responsible for having any required permits, licenses, food handling approvals, sales tax permits, or insurance needed for their business.
Vendor Space
Vendors must remain within their assigned space and keep their area clean, safe, and professional throughout the event.
Products and Conduct
Vendors may only sell approved products or services. No illegal, unsafe, offensive, or unauthorized items may be sold. Vendors are expected to treat guests, staff, athletes, and other vendors with respect.
Weather and Cancellation
This is an outdoor/indoor event and may be affected by weather or other circumstances. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, equipment, products, staff, and sales. The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, injuries, or vendor-related claims.
Cleanup
Vendors must remove all trash, products, equipment, and personal items at the end of the event. Additional cleanup fees may apply if a vendor leaves their space unclean.
Photography and Promotion
Vendors agree that photos or videos taken at the event may be used for event promotion, social media, and marketing.
By participating in Strongman Oktoberfest, vendors agree to follow these terms and any additional event rules provided by the organizers.
