Vendor Application

Looking to clear out some of your collection or some old cosplay items you don't use anymore? Looking to add to your collection?
 
We're hosting another anime flea market! Sunday, August 30, from 11am to 5pm!
 
This is a FREE event to attend! Tickets are only for sellers to reserve a booth space!
 
There will be a food vendor on site!
 
While the flea market is themed around gently used anime and cosplay items, vendors selling new items and artists are more than welcome to come sell as well!

The market will be held in the parking lot outside of Anime Paradaisu.

We will be doing everything we can to keep everyone as cool as possible in the heat! Outdoor fans will be running and personal fans are available to buy (you keep it after the event) along with your booth space.

Rules:

Please only bring anime, cosplay, or Japanese related items. We want to stick to our theme as much as possible!

This is a family friendly event! Dakimakuras. figures, anime cases, manga; anything above 16+ must be censored with tape! 

No adult items are allowed! If you have doubts about your items, please contact the store so that we can help determine what is acceptable. 

Update for 2026!

Anime Paradaisu will no longer be providing tables, chairs, or tents! We highly encourage to bring your own tents to keep the sun off of you!

We will be offering table and chair rentals, see the add ons in the application if you will need those things.

• Please be aware that space not claimed by 1pm on the day of the event will be considered abandoned! They will then be offered to the next person on the waitlist! If you need to arrive after 1pm that day, please contact the store so we can make a note on your space.  

• Cancellations are always accepted without question. Please keep the cancellation refund schedule, see below, in mind. The withheld fees are to cover the cost of a possible empty booth space and the work that goes in to finding a replacement vendor as it gets closer to the event. This schedule applies regardless of when you submit your application! All cancellation requests are subject to a $5 fee that will be taken out of the refund amount, regardless of cancellation date.

Refunds for cancellations:

June 23 - July 23 : 100% refund minus $5 fee

July 24 - August 14 : 50% refund minus $5 fee

August 15 - August 30 : No refund 

• We will no longer be accepting walk in vendors! For any abandoned spaces, we will only be contacting people on the waitlist to take tables!

• Booths may not be given away to unapproved vendors! If you cannot attend, you are not allowed to give your booth to someone who has not been approved by Anime Paradaisu. If a booth is given away without approval, the person running the booth will be asked to leave without refund to the original vendor.

• If you would like to share your table(s) with another vendor/artist, please include their name and social media link in your application. 

• AI art is not allowed in any way, shape, or form! Failure to abide by this rule will result in the vendor being removed from the event with no refund and a future ban from all events.
