About the application
TWO (2) DAY VENDOR COMMITMENT, October 17th & 18th. (READ EVERYTHING). You Will NOT be charged until you are approved. NO PERMANENT JEWELRY COMPANIES ACCEPTED. We are accepting submissions from the following categories: Jewelry (non-permanent), Bags/Handbags, Accessories, Woodcrafts, Photographic Art, Intuitive or Metaphysical Gifts, Clothing, Children's Products, Candles, Bath & Body Products, Stationery Items & Supplies, Home Decor, Pet Items, Live Drawing, Tarot Reading, Live Henna, Live Balloon Making, Live Face Painting, Artwork, Charlotte-Branded Items, CBD/Hemp, and Other (fill in). We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential.
We strive to minimize duplication. Priority is given to solo entrepreneurs and Small Businesses located in the surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. You are REQUIRED to be on-site both days, October 17th and 18th, from 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in-advance setup time.
CCAF2026 will take place at NoDa Brewing Company, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF is produced by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, with lead sponsorship support from Jerry's Artarama, NoDa Brewing Company, and Eventful Expressions NPC.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form.
CCAF is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT EXCEPT FOR SEVERE WEATHER – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED. CCAF committee reserves the right to CLOSE, DISCONTINUE VENDOR ACTIVITY, or DELAY the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refund to the vendor. We reserve the right to POSTPONE or CANCEL the festival before October 17th should there be an in-advance warning of extreme weather, without refund to the vendor. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to a TBD date, and all approved vendors will retain their space, without refund to the vendor.
CCAF reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. When we change the the Terms, in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms & Conditions.
